'LLANDUDNO VICTORIAN EXTRAVAGANZA'

The town comes to life each year by celebrating its Victorian Heritage with a 3-day Extravaganza of events. Traditionally the event is held on the first weekend of May which tens of thousands of people descend on the town from all reaches of the UK.

On the towns main street you will find Victorian/Edwardian rides, fairground organs, street entertainers, steam traction engines, stalls and people in Victorian and fancy dress. The Extravaganza is also well known for its traditional Parade.

The Extravaganza is complimented by a joint event, the 'Llandudno Transport Festival' which is held on Bodafon Fields. Here you will find hundreds of old buses, trucks, vintage cars, agricultural machinery, traction engines, stalls and more.

This event is certainly a date worth marking in the diary and hotel bookings are advised well in advance for this event as quite literally every hotel is fully booked. Absolutely not to be missed!
