COLWYN BAY VICTORIA PIER SETUP WEB PETITION
The Victoria Pier has stood in the middle of the
beautiful Bay of Colwyn, North Wales, for over a
century. Like most seaside resorts in the UK,
Colwyn Bay has suffered decline due to cheap
package holidays, lack of inward investment,
ill-conceived local council schemes etc. Like
most seaside piers, Victoria Pier has suffered
from lack of investment since the 1960s and the
years have taken their toll. Less than half the
piers built in the UK still survive, please make
sure Victoria Pier doesn't disappear beneath the
waves too.

Llandudno Enthusiasts is an independent group within it's own right,
yet is keen to attain links with local groups and individuals who
share the same interests at heart. We believe in reform yet hold
modest views towards the traditions and some issues which surround
Llandudno. Llandudno Enthusiasts endorses and encourages the
opinions of the younger generation.
Our key goals are, to host an online forum where people can join in
on local discussions and debates, recite fond memories and
experiences, share knowledge amongst one another on the locality. We
will be conducting our own archival projects, documenting the resort
in ways never seen before which will play an important part toward
the build of our working archive 'Project Llandudno'. We hope to
slowly introduce our group into the community with social events &
outings.
